There are two barriers that often prevent communication between the young and their elders. The first is middle-aged forgetfulness of the fact that they themselves are no longer young. The second is youthful ignorance of the fact that the middle aged are still alive.

Really Strange Weather on the Costa Blanca

.Here we go with yet another week of podcasts. The weather has been very strange and it would seem to be affecting the electrical equipment in the studio and a massive electric storm on Sunday evening didn't really help.  I was busy early on and my first chat with Don Woods became an evening event. Here was my chat with Don. " The weather has been sunny and dry for the past two weeks so no doubt any day now we will be warned of the risk of a drought....forget the floods over the winter which washed away homes and devastated towns and villages.....if this nice weather continues we will probably have a hose pipe ban....watch this space The football saga has been filling the news with clubs and players licking their lips at the chance to make even more money with a new super league....top of the bill on the news before going out like a damp squib......was this the end of the world?....listening to the news coverage it seemed it was.......I know football is everything to many peop

Edit Post ‹ vincetracy.com Blog — WordPress ...There´s a new blog and a new podcast. I hope you find them interesting. The weather is absolutely fantastic today. We have mountain to sea sunshine with a wonderful definition on the mountains and beautiful blue sea. The world really does look a different place. Butterflies are now beginning to appear and I am trying to remember which month of last year we had the major butterfly fly past. It went on for days ansd this location is obviously on their flight path. They came in thousands and were a novelty for our cat for the first few days.The novelty eventually wore off and he went back to chasing birds. Sadly to say he catches too many. We've had words but he's like the kids. He just ignores what we say. I've threatened him with a visit to0 the cattery. He's already had his testicles pruned and we cut down his treats but NO. He still wants to catch birds. I think it gives him street cred! Well, let´s get the all important

European Soccer Super League? Follow the Money!

This blog will record my weekly podcasts, what they contain and where you can find them.......   My first chat was with Don Woods on Wirral, Merseyside... .....The weather here has been bright and sunny but cold which hasn't stopped the sheep rushing out to sit outside the pub  in their overcoats and "enjoying" a pint which is now twice the price....because the Government have "allowed" them to.....I walk past a pub on the banks of The Mersey and have to smile at them all sitting there as the northerly wind eats its was through their weatherproofs....all pretending to have a good time ...and now they have started complaining about the price ....£4.50 and upwards for a pint....because it's "the only way to save your local"....someone is having a laugh...and I bet when all this is over the prices won't be coming back down again. The BBC have received around 140 thousand complaints about the blanket coverage of the death of Prince Philip.....they
