What makes someone want to create problems for others by creating computer virus programmes and trying to mess up our online enjoyment? Why would someone spend their time and energies trying to be so destructive? I ask these questions as I have been asked to circulate the following warning. My friend who is the editor of an online magazine has sent the following.......

*****URGENT********
I have just had a telephone call from an 'Indian'. He claims to be calling me from 'Windows' because of errors messages being sent from my computer back to 'Windows'.
Not everyone out there will realise that this is a MAJOR SCAM.
They called my house and knew my name.
I was told to go and turn on my computer.
When I asked him what my IP address was he said it was 192.168.1.2 - this is an IP address used (commonly) to connect your router with your pc.....It is NOT your IP address that accesses the internet.
And UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD YOU EVER - EVER CONNECT TO A PROGRAM CALLED TEAMVIEWER IF ASKED DURING ONE OF THESE CALLS......the program itself is great and is a way of connecting to your own computer if you are away from it - remote access.
SO IMAGINE.......SOMEONE YOU DO NOT KNOW ASKS YOU TO DO THIS, WELL, GIVE THEM THE INFORMATION AND WHAM THEY HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER FROM WHEREVER THEY ARE IN THE WORLD......NEVER, EVER DO IT.
For God's sake DO NOT give any details or do anything to your pc if you receive one of these calls. The safest option to is hang up the telephone....but be prepared...they are persistent and WILL keep trying. Following my calls I searched for similar on Google. The following link may be useful for you to read, so, if you have any doubts, copy and paste it, then read for yourself!

PLEASE TAKE NOTE...THIS CALL WAS IN ENGLISH AND NOT SPANISH AS ONE WOULD EXPECT, GIVEN THAT I LIVE IN SPAIN. THE GUY AT THE OTHER END DID NOT SPEAK SPANISH. SO MAYBE, THEY ARE NOW TARGETING THE ENGLISH SOUNDING NAMES IN THE PHONE BOOK OR WHEREVER THEY GET THEIR LISTS FROM.

I found the following extract interesting.............
Heat Up Your Health
You already know that your body sweats to cool you down. But sweating is also one of your body’s best ways to get rid of waste and pollutants.
It’s faster than any other natural method of detox because it opens pores, so you can flush out impurities more efficiently.
Saunas also improve circulation and oxygenate your tissues, too. And a sauna session can relieve stress, arthritis symptoms, and bring nutrients to the surface for younger-looking skin.
You may already be familiar with the “steam” type of sauna. But there’s another sauna you should know about. It’s called an infrared sauna. These use a different heat source that’s been proven in clinical trials to raise core temperature, lower blood pressure, and aid in weight-reduction.
