The Spanish commentator on TV1 is going absolutely potty shouting, "Oh my God, Iñiesta. Te quiero Iñiesta"..I feel a few fiesta days in the air. Brilliant fireworks display at the stadium.

...There´s a new blog and a new podcast. I hope you find them interesting. It's an absolutely beautiful day here in Benidorm. We have wall to wall sunshine. Very well, mountain to sea sunshine and it is a very manageable 17 degrees. For those who have not yet visited the resort let me tell you we have a lot of mountains all around Benidorm and the skyscrapers are dwarfed by nature's majestic offering. It's Grand National day and the expat community will cast its eye towards Aintree. My own memories are of the shows I produced after Aintree. I had gone to the transcript recording of the race and every time a named horse fell I included it in my show. It took me hours and I was well out of pocket but I loved every minute of that experience. Really Strange Weather on the Costa Blanca

.Here we go with yet another week of podcasts. The weather has been very strange and it would seem to be affecting the electrical equipment in the studio and a massive electric storm on Sunday evening didn't really help.  I was busy early on and my first chat with Don Woods became an evening event. Here was my chat with Don.
